Service & Installation
A must read: "Choosing The Right Contractor" - From Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Â http://www.acca.org/consumer/choosing/
https://www.acca.org/join/Ethics.php
I could not have said it better myself, so I let ACCA do it for me. I ascribe to and practice all of the definitions described in the ACCA summary of what it is to be a quality and ethical contractor, as I wish the rest of the trade would, too. Then, the bar would be substantially raised from its lowly position today. I take my HVAC career seriously, take pride in my work and it would not be of interest to me to start my work day with any other attitude.
The following are aspects of the trade that I engage in.
System Types:
- HVAC Systems and Controls Installed to Save up to a 1/3 on Fuel Consumption
- Mobil Homes, Markets, Museums & Mansions - Residential & Commercial
- Ice Machines, Coolers & Freezers
- Central & "Ductless Split" Air Conditioning
- Forced Hot Water & Forced Hot Air
- Radiant Floor Heating & "Hydro Air"
- Air & Water Source Heat Pumps
- Geothermal Heating & Cooling
- Solar Systems
- Gas and Oil-fired Systems including Fuel Tanks & Gas Piping
- Chimney Liners & Systems & Mechanical "Power Venters"
- Exhaust Systems
- Indoor Air Quality and Humidity Control
- Energy/Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
- Wood Boilers & Furnaces
Top-notch HVAC Designs - The birthplace of an effective HVAC system is the design table. With in-depth experience in a broad spectrum of HVAC, I design systems to meet the exact needs and budget of my customers. A bad design will cost the system owner money throughout the inevitable short life of the equipment. A great design will save the money that would otherwise be spent operating a poorly designed and ineffective and/or inefficient system.
Masterful Installations - A great design can only be transformed into a great installation if the ones doing the installation are not only skilled, but talented too. One needs a 3-D creative sense to affect both function and form. My systems are near-flawless and highly efficient and are veritable works of mechanical art. Capable of building museum-quality systems, I realize there are less demanding tastes and more demanding budgets. In either case, I never sacrifice quality and/or cut corners for the sake of competitiveness or profitability (a fool's errand).
Expert Service - When you call for service you will get John each and every time. Â I started as a service technician nearly 30 years ago upon finishing Tech School. Since then, I've gained the experience necessary to develop sharp troubleshooting skills. I am a licensed master oil and gas burner technician and EPA certified to work with air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Staying sharp in the trade is essential with ever changing technology, which I embrace. No one person in HVAC knows it all, including me. However, I know where to find the answers (if I don't have them already) for any HVAC-related problem, then expertly apply the solution.
