Instructions for making payments.

Then click "go to checkout".
Review your order and enter the requisite information, then click on "make purchase".
You will be brought to PayPal where you can enter your PayPal account information to "log in" or enter your major credit card and personal information.
Then click on "review order and continue" and follow any remaining instructions to confirm payment information.
Once payment is made you will be brought back to this site. Please call me with the telephone number and pass code that you will be given (in a PDF file format) once payment is made.
