Our issues started after turning the heating system on so it happened within our warranty period. We are currently suing the builder because of the issues. We have been in suit for a couple of years and is coming down to final stages. He is blaming our lifestyle on the issues........We have paid thousands of dollars in hiring enviornmental company and also hvac experts to come out and tell us exactly what is going on. we are now fighting against big time law firm hired by his insurance company . We need support with this. I want this fixed and also feel that they should look closer at what these builders are doing. Please help. Lori C.
