HVAC Code Enforcement - New Hampshire does not mandate code enforcement and not all cities and towns have a competent code official, or code enforcement officer. In fact, there are no training or educational requirements to be a code official that is required by state law. Consequently, many HVAC installations are never inspected for basic operational safety. If you suspect that your new system wasn't inspected by a competent official, then I can provide an inspection for you and give you a detailed report of any shortcomings that should be corrected.

I have provided that knowledge in many HVAC-related cases that require an expert consultant and witness.
